Refunds and cancellations

This page explains when refunds may apply for emergency call-out and repair work booked with QUICKSERVE REPAIRS LIMITED.

Before work begins

If you cancel a booked emergency call-out before an engineer has attended and before any repair work has started, you may request a refund of any prepaid amount, subject to fair notice being given.

After a call-out or completed repair

Once an emergency call-out package has been agreed and the repair work has been carried out, charges for labour and parts included in that package are normally non-refundable.

If something is wrong

If you believe the repair was not completed as agreed, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a return call-out under our workmanship guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email info@quickserverepairs.com with your booking details, the reason for the request and any useful supporting information. We aim to respond as soon as we can.
